day one

day one is in the books...

my arms shake and feel completely like jell-o... that was intense but totally awesome.

ab ripper x however is way too intense for me right now. i completed less than half of each workout and it's only 16 minutes long... intense.

anyway it feels really good to get a really awesome workout in about an hour and a half...

plyometrics is tomorrow morning 5:00 am... whoo

michael vick

why does everyone hate him so much? i understand how cruel and out of line dog fighting is and i don't by any means suppoert it but let it go. he was punished and served time in prison, he was suspended by the nfl without pay, it's over. i really hope he's a changed man and i would really like to see him succeed on this go around...

and that's my thought of the day...

now when will the cowboys sign matt jones?

i'm ready to start, been reading testimonials and it's motivating...

thursday.

hello.

as you all may know from my status updates on facebook, i'm about to embark on a 90 day P90X adventure. this is where you can find all updates on my progress from daily feeds to weekly pictures documenting changes and attitudes toward the program. my goal in the end is to be as honest and straightforward as i can to show everyone the truthes behind what i "hear" to be a great program.

it appears that i will recieve my dvd collection on monday (august 17) so that's when we will begin.
