day one is in the books...
my arms shake and feel completely like jell-o... that was intense but totally awesome.
ab ripper x however is way too intense for me right now. i completed less than half of each workout and it's only 16 minutes long... intense.
anyway it feels really good to get a really awesome workout in about an hour and a half...
plyometrics is tomorrow morning 5:00 am... whoo
